Sensex will touch 21000 again within 12 months

The 12-month target for the Sensex is 21000, says Sandeep Bhatia, MD of UBS, on NDTV Profit. The market is likely to continue to remain under pressure and slowdown may last for next 6 months, he says. There will be a slowdown in earnings growth in FY08 and inflation to remain a global concern in 2008, he says. Global factors have resulted in inflation, US is in a recession and may see a rebound in H2-2008, he adds.
